I'm a software engineer specialized in software architecture: I own development end
to end, from natural-language requirements to a product in production. The point,
for me, isn't writing code — it's turning an ambiguous requirement into a system
that holds up in production and that others can maintain.
This approach has led me to build complete web apps and integration systems —
including a framework that unifies chatbots, voice channels (VoIP) and email into a
single flow, which became my master's thesis. The work I care about starts before
the code: understanding the domain, talking to whoever actually has the problem, and
choosing an architecture that will still hold once the requirements change.
Outside work I build products on my own, from the backend to the interface: an
editorial pipeline that feeds an Instagram channel, a shift-scheduling tool for a
venue, an app against food waste. It's how I keep in shape the part of the craft
that shows less at a company — deciding alone, and living with it.
I also come from cybersecurity: in CyberChallenge, the training program run by
Italy's National Cybersecurity Agency, I worked on attacking and defending web
services and felt particularly at home with cryptography. It left me with the habit
of asking how a system breaks, not just how it works — when you design an
architecture, that's half the job.
